Fire helps businesses and financial institutions automate their payment processes by providing access to integrated services – including debit cards, accounts, bank transfers, FX, and Open Banking payments. With our technology, API and regulatory licences, we deliver solutions that make payments faster, more cost-effective and secure.
The company has offices in London and Dublin, employs 35 people and is regulated in the EU/UK.
Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit Product Analysts to join our team and help us create market led digital payment solutions. You will be working closely with our Chief Product Officer, development team and other stakeholders from across the company in Growth, Operations and Compliance. It will be your role to gather information, analyse data, design solutions and document requirements. Your key success metric will be the delivery of new functionality into the development pipeline, creating value and a compelling customer experience.
As a Product Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from concept to production
- Creating visions and agreeing roadmaps for different areas of the product
- Engaging with customers, prospects, suppliers and attending industry events
- Capturing requirements, taking all the stakeholders into account
- Managing projects through all the delivery stages
As a person, you are passionate about Fintech and Product, you are self-driven and have great communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You are organised and always adhere to the standards.
Requirements
We would like to meet someone who has:
- Around two years of post-graduate experience.
- Great organisational skills, can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, is able to resolve complex issues in a structured manner.
- Some business or product analysis experience.
- Exposure to payment services would be an advantage.
We are open to speaking with candidates based in Dublin or London, where we have offices. All our roles are based on staff spending at least three days a week in the office.
